CWS Midterms

Oscar Styling Event

Readers, yes I tried another styling event.  This time the Oscar event. The object was to dress creatively as if on the red carpet of a premier. I wore my favorite Bliss couture gown. I do say I looked fabulous as I prepare to leave for the show. I get there and guess what??? I forgot to write out a description of my clothes lol. I wrote as quickly as possible. I finished just as my name is called. I go on the runway and everything is going well then on the last posing spot...I lag and my computer froze. Of course I did not place. I requested my scores. It's always good to ask for your score, It shows where improvement can and has to be made.

Although I lost this event, I think a light bulb finally switched on. Let's see if it works. Readers I'll keep you posted. :))

Skater Styling

Readers the styling them was skaters and immediately I thought of Tony Hawk and the skate boarders in California. I have always been fascinated by the skating styles. Those who do it make it look so easy. When the skater flip or fly through the air, it seems they are floating lol. Here I am as a skate boarder with the style of comfort, the baggy pants simple shoes and shirt, even my hair is simple with a beanie. I enjoyed wearing the clothes. My Pao said I looked like a child. I can do that styling again for a comment like that. :)

Well reader that night as I stood backstage of the event; my teachers and other models were there; as always I am a ball of nerves. Everyone looked wonderful!! We were back stage wishing each other luck. When I walked out on the runway, all nerves intensified, you thought I was going to say it disappeared,,,well it didn't, but I went on with the show any way. and it paid off. Below is is a photo of me taking third place. Ms. Summit won the night as a wonderful and classy ice skater. I had a great time and when they called my name. Really I did not even know I placed. It was exciting

CWS University

Hello Readers it has been a while., but school is going well. I am learning so many different things about creativity and thinking out of the box. CWS is a school that wants you to be to dig down deep and learn how to truly style your clothing...It's like taking true control of your surroundings. Many of us who rezzed on SL never thought about how well we dressed, but just how sexy we looked. CWS, says sexy isn't enough any one can be sexy, but your style makes a statement about who you are and what you represent. SL can see the true you through styling. CWS should be a requirement for Noobies if for nothing else just to learn some basic builder skills. Readers it's true. CWS is Simply the Best,,,and they are making my classmates and I the best.

I am actually getting it. Keep following me readers maybe you might want to come to CWS to learn too, think about it.
